My month old poults are fine in a wire sided coop.  They have a heat lamp, but perch overnight on a hockey stick away from the light.  It's been in the 20s the past couple nights.

Just got a visual of the Detroit Turkey Wings!

I couldn't help it...had to candle my eggs.

Overall 79.6% development on three batches (total of five boxes) of shipped eggs at 7 days! For the first time ever in my incubators (also my first time incubating shipped eggs in the GQF) I have several full rolling air cells with strong development at 7 days.

That's awesome! Wish I had that kind of success with shipped eggs.

It's still early, two weeks to go. Just because they start does not mean they can finish, but I've never had rollers develop past 4 days before.

I had one build the CAM membrane up to the air cell lines and along the "stripe" where the rolling air cell was. Maybe 1/2 of the egg could support the membrane, so it eventually quit.

Was kind of interesting to see though.

I've never gotten full rollers to start so that's excellent, Walnut!!

I can't wait for hatch day!!!

That's great! I'm excited they seem to have gotten such a good start!

Wow...he hit the wall at,150 mph head on.....and walked away.....okay no more race updates....but that was as hard as you can hit something like that...my heart stopped for a second
