Just stick it in the hatcher, if it doesn't hatch then it's not going to. If it were live twins, they'd be filling up the egg. If it was one live twin, you should see a solid dark mass under the air cell and clear fluid underneath with a dark blob. Dead ones look like this, they begin decomposition and spread out, leaching blood to stain the contents.I agree, something is strange. What's puzzling is at the last candling it looked doubled and it's grown since. Maybe it was twins that died. I'll check with her to see if she saw signs of life. I'm afraid I'll drop the eggs and her eyes are better than mine.

I used your multi-colored candle marking idea and really like it. Easier for me to see the air sac development and easier to see which eggs were already candled. And it's prettier!![]()
