Nice. Do you find the duck eggs easier to see through? They seem to be more translucent to me. My brother wants ducklings this spring so I'm trying to take as much in as possible.

Mine were! And they are faster swimmers, so its easier to see movement

That's good. Our lot is really flat so we have to divert from higher path areas into the lawns, which are slightly lower. Runs are slightly raised, but we still need to divert some roof run off here and there
I've been trying to get new pics of the girls, but their beards are always dirty! Here's the one of Jack Frost I entered in the virtual show: and one of the girls:

love them, they are very high on my list. they are very very very hardy and a very friendly breed, I am so sick of the CCL nature, and the size of the brahma. They had so much personality and they could have so much of a difference in looks as well. Thank you for sharing, I wish you the best of luck with them.

We got the new duck hutch constructed, hopefully they'll lay in it instead of the ground.

Mr.Bert that breed reminds me of a Spitzhaben, does it also have a silver white color or is that gold color its only coloring? Very lovely color! It is not in the US? its a beautiful breed of bird. I have so many people on my FB page asking me to ship my Blue partridge, splash blue partridge, Patridge brahma overseas that I have to use a translator to understand the messages most times. But I assume some areas just dont have the same big breeds.
