OOOh that picture reminds me that my face is sunburned!!

The problem with living in a high desert is that you forget how much sun you are getting even when it's cool out. Luckily I tan easily, so it will be gone by tomorrow, but my face is itchy - need to go see if any of my aloe is still alive in the sunroom.

We had a great time hiking the trails and watching the cranes, herons, ducks and especially the beautiful snow geese. Stopped for a green chile cheeseburger on the way home.

Life is good.
