Oh I love my smoker and making sausage....cool beans.....Phil

Venison pepperettes, venison slim jims, and venison summer sausage smoking away in there. I had no trouble keeping the smoker cool yesterday. Flame is up just to get the apple and cherry ignited (with the door wide open) since I use chunks, not sawdust.

Apple and cherry those are my primary woods....no venison here yet though..The U.P. Is lacking in deer this year...and we have no snow yet either...it snowed several times but melted. Well I got pants on now so I guess I'll get to work.....

WoW this thread moves fast...I step away for a short while and got two pages to catch up on.....yeah I'm still trying to get up the courage to go outside and tackle that van I'm dealing with...it's up to 19 degrees now...guess I should get it over with.....lot of familiar faces here....(well technically I can't see your faces).....I can't find my Twinkies this morning....oh yeah that's right I ate all of them....well howdy everyone.....Phil
