No hunting. I spent the day with the girls while my wife went and learned how to make hand dipped chocolates from her great aunt. I'm hoping I am the recipient of some of the learning before too long.

Here is the mantel I've been working on. As you can see, my wife was pretty excited to decorate it. After the holidays, I'll get it stained and everything, but at least it is in now..

Yeah. Her aunt is 89 and makes hand dipped chocolates every christmas and sells something crazy like 200-300 pounds of chocolates. One lady buys 60-75 lbs of cherry cordials. She brought a few home with her. Man, diabetes would for sure set in if I was around that much chocolate.

I'll use a cherry to match the kitchen table I built. Thanks, my mother-in-law painted that one.
