I'm happy to announce that by running humidity in my GQF at 16% from day 14 to day 18, the air cells are now back on track (from none visible at day 14) and are only a little smaller than normal. I'll weigh them on day 18 to see how far I missed the mark with my son running 80% from day 3 to day 14.
I have the water reservoir ready, but I won't add water until the first pip, expected 12/27. I'll have a staggered hatch in the bator, with the remaining eggs due two weeks later, so humidity swings will be no issue. I leave the vents wide open throughout incubation.
