dan, I'm thinking about borrowing your idea, and making a rabbit tractor, but that was my concern, is them digging a hole.

We haven't had anyone dig out, we move them every few days when they run out of green or dig a hole (Depending on which comes first) One of our other rabbits dug a tunnel under his house and hides his food there

Ours are 47" by 47" by 22" tall. Why we cut off an extra 2 inches is beyond me, I mean the wire we use is 2' chicken wire

I'm currently building this one.

I'm going to do similar, but use hardware cloth, and put the wire on the inside to help discourage gnawing......lol

eta: I'm thinking, mine will be about 2'x6'. true tractor style, with handle and wheels.

I'm going to do similar, but use hardware cloth, and put the wire on the inside to help discourage gnawing......lol

What ever works for you. Its just easier for me to unroll the wire on the out side than the inside. We've only had one gnawer out of the 4 grown rabbits we have and he only gnaws on the wood thats been sitting outside for the last 2 years. (so far)
