Our first ever hatched turkey poult... thank you, Walnut!!

:celebrate

That's great. How many do you have? I was hoping one of mine would zip, so I could put it with the other one. I let the fire go out so it was getting a bit chilly. I have just jumped under the electric blanket.

4 eggs left pipped... and another batch of eggs in the bator, lol...

I can't let our fire go out, our HVAC took a big chit... thought it was just the relay circuit, so OH bypassed it... noxious smoke everywhere, almost burned down the house... :/

Good morning frogs. So many of you having successful hatches. Congrats.

During the winter, we get sandhills down here in Texas also. In the backyard would be awesome! We call them ribeyes in the sky.

howdy Friday!!

I have some news for ya'll duck lovers.........

wife has allowed, that we can have a go at hatching duck eggs this spring....... timing to be determined by how soon I can get their enclosure and pond set up done. Phil had given me a great idea about using their pond water for the garden. I'm wondering if we can also use it for hydroponics.
