I need to get some updated pics so you guys can start guessing breeds, and co........er......roos, pullets.....

but their growth aside, I've been amazed at how thick their legs look already. seems like in just a week, they went from looking like they would snap from their own weight, to thick as pencils......lol

It's amazing how fast chicks grow. The kids still having fun caring for them?

yes, our animal whisperer daughter has taken charge, and she enlists whoever happens to be near by, when it comes time to change them over to clean brooder box.

the 2 year old and 4 year old, still spend allot of time in front of the clear brooder box, watching them.

built a lid this weekend for the box, they were getting close to jumping the sides....

I'm up early since its DHs first day at work. Going to finish my coffee and fire up the work computer in a bit, then when it gets warmer, wash the dogs. They decided to go after a skunk last night and luckily didn't get hit too bad. Washed their faces with citrus soap and water last night, which helped.
