Northern California--Oregon is 19 miles away, and the ocean is a couple of blocks away, as the crow flies (surrounded by dead ends, so about a mile by streets).

I've got family in Medford/ Grants Pass area. You're almost just down the road!
I'm up toward Seattle but we'll outside the metro area.

Males are sweet, too. My toms have always been better pets than the hens, they are much more laid back.
