French frogs

Good morning!

Friday, have you learned a lot from your dad?

@mixedUPturk
 - I only know very little about you, but I wanted to say that I hope you're proud of all you've accomplished.  I don't know anyone you're age that has their own place.  When I was 27, I was living in my sister's basement with my 5 year old son just after a divorce.

Awe! :hugs Thank you! This is my whole life and there is a small measure of pride in having a place to call my own.

x2!  I'm proud to call you both friends!  :hugs :hugs

Good luck with your hatch, can't wait for pics!
I planned to lock down this morning, but air cells are still on the small side, so I'm waiting till after work today.

Very happy for you and the OH.  I hope he loves it!

Sounds much safer!  Glad your dad could do that for you.

Good morning everyone!

Xs 3 im so glad to call all of you my friends!

Thank you! Its the calm before the storm, all the eggs all silent and still-- were almost there!

:/ have ya had humid weather?

I'm proud of all my friends here. We all have different challenges and come from different backgrounds, but stick together and support each other without question.

:highfive: its amazed me how knowledgable this group is with the diff backrounds and Supportive isnt a strong enough word!

Yes i do like it. It took a while but i have made it my own. My largest difficulty is i married into a family of horders (not my husband fortunately, the only thing he hords are t shirts) I still have an unusable room and garage.
But it is big, so plenty of room still. You will have your house someday, there is no shame in a place you own.
Now my finger hurts

:/ i feel your pain. This was the family storage dump, i have wall to wall furniture Still after burning two loveseats, Two couchs and countless entertainment centers! still tho, I too have one whole room i Cant use for family members junk.

Hail no :smack

I'd much rather have a trailer and room for chickens than live in one of those $300K cookie cutter homes 10 feet from my neighbor :thumbsup

Ohhhhhh. I thought you looked extra Asian in that picture
I had to delete the picture from my phone. Oz texted me last night, but I didn't see it until it was too late to reply. I texted him this morning and asked what happened. I told Mrs. Flock "I hope he doesn't send me a picture".
Does he reply with a woeful tale of his amputation? Noooooo, all I get is a picture of a severed thumb in ice :smack

Your right, my dad lives in one of those, litterally $275, And its even directly on the Bayou, but im happier here, in this dump, in the ghetto, with my birds...

I just got my first order for AM eggs :thumbsup

To a "Sid" in Utah ;)

Guess we will see how 2000 miles and 2000ft affect shipping eggs :fl

:clap :celebrate :clap
:fl best o luck!

   Good luck!  :fl

I'm emailing with someone about hatching some LO's for her.

:clap :yiipchick :clap

. Thanks! I'm trading pictures for eggs if you're interested. Right now I'm up to a stolen AM egg, and two Orloff eggs. At the doc now having surgery tomorrow.
I was very fortunate with mine.......best surgeon in town was on call, when I went in......

if you truly cut the end off, couple of things he did, that at the time was not the norm, but I think they really helped me.

first, he trimmed the bone down below the cut line, and then rounded the remaining bone off....no sharp edges.....next, he cut a "v" notch on each side of the remaining flesh on the finger. He then "folded that flesh and skin over the top of the bone, and stitched. gave me a little padding on the end of my finger.

Oh man! So sorry to hear it. My daughter lost the tip of her finger while we were camping and it really scared me. She is doing great now though and you can barely tell. Our prayers are with you!

That's exactly what this doc said. Hope it goes as well as yours.
