French frogs

A box a of dead chicks is why I am afraid to order online.

Chicks from breeders seem to do better through the mail than commercial hatcheries... might be that they pay more attention to detail?

I do agree with my dad though, I wouldn't get more from him.

Good call...

Sorry to hear that. I have the same issue with my BCM eggs so far. Keep coming up clear on the first two batches. I took out some of the roos favorites to encourage a couple new relationships.

Funny, almost all of my mixes have been fertile. (Orloff/EE and Orloff/Legbar) I'm thinking one of my Orloff girls may have a problem. She's got "saddle sores" so it's not like she's getting ignored.

I was actually trying to blame it on him. I had a minute at lunch, but my boss wanted to talk. I'm back on a dozer now. I'll try to get one before the end of the day

Now the truth comes out. Careful, or Amy P will unleash the stare!

Just got a text from hubby.  Too many quail to count accurately.  He's saying 6-8ish.  His words "a little gaggle of em"   :D

:weee

Somebody come finish this invoice for me so I can go home!!
(I know, if I weren't posting, I'd be closer to done, but my eyes needed a break!)

Isn't accounting so fun! ;)

He is NPIP certified though. (Which is why I find it odd that all those chicks are mixed.)

NPIP doesn't have a thing to do with breeding. Any flock of mixed birds can be certified as long as they are disease free and kept in a sanitary way
