Do you lock them up in a good solid coop at night? If it was a fox, it'll keep coming back. It's found an easy source of food.

Do they show up before 9:00 at night?

I haven't though I'm kinda leaning towards our neighbors dog now, she's killed chickens in the past.

I think a fox will come at just about any time after dusk/dark. Chickens are at the bottom of the food chain and are very easy prey. Hope you can help remove the threat before you lose anymore.

Hatching, hatching everywhere!

Frmboy, 10 of yours have hatched so far, all good and healthy, active chicks.

Ravyn, I have a bunch of yours out, only one with an issue so far (he forgot to absorb his yolk before breaking out). The rest are a bunch of fuzzbutts!

Oh! Neighbor's dog could make sense too. Can you tell much from the dig marks under the fence? Look for prints in the dirt, and the nail marks they leave when they dig, then do some google research.

Or go check out the neighbor's area for carcasses/bones/feathers....
