I do I do!!! Oh! The vision in my brain is terribly funny! But it's not hooked up! It's one I picked up to sell on eBay!!

I think of my grandmother every time I see a rotary phone. Had one in her kitchen next to the cookie jar, across from the wood stove.

Heck - we had one in our house (a lovely 70's yellow one) up until I was at least 16.......and my uncle still has one on the wall in his house. Kids today will never appreciate the frustration of dialing a number with a lot of 9's or 0's in it.

Guys! No they won't! ...And we had to memorize everybody's number too and never even thought twice about all those numbers we knew by heart! I knew a lot of them!

We had that "Goldenrod yellow" paired well with the Olive Green refrigerator.

So today was a long axx day.... Managed to get my well pulled up.... But while driving it back in the pipe broke..... Lucky it broke above ground so I was able to pull it back out...
Decided to replace with all new pipes and driving couplers... So that was an extra $100 I didn't expect to spend today... But it's done and water flow is way better now... Also picked up our new furniture today... So I guess two big deals off my to do list..

How deep do you need to go for good water? Our downstate well is at 230 feet, our up north well is 17 feet. Both have lots of good, clear, cold water.
