LOL - a new "boutique" type shop opened up in our town lately to appeal to the urban homestead type --- today they had posted on their FB page that they now have farm fresh eggs for sale......for the bargain price of $6.99/dozen

I mean, if they can find suckers willing to pay that much (especially when there are tons of us BYCer types in this area who sell our extras for $2-3/doz) more power to them I guess........

This guy was selling eggs $4.50 . I thought he was the man with the bees and the farm . turns out he gets it all from somebody else . said the eggs and strawberries were from the Amish . the honey was from somebody else . I believe I can find honey cheaper than that . there was a wild hive on the farm . but they left the tree . Whole foods is selling organic eggs for $7.50 a dozen and them city folk is paying it . and my eggs taste better. Some people just like to give money away .

Just do not spend more money on Organic honey...there is no such thing. You cannot fence in or train a bee. They have, I have heard a 3 mile radius. Local honey is great.

Just do not spend more money on Organic honey...there is no such thing. You cannot fence in or train a bee. They have, I have heard a 3 mile radius. Local honey is great.

IKR he had bottles labeled wild flower and clover . and bees feed on everything that blooms . IF it blooms they feed on it weeds included .
