anyone cull french guineas? if so what age and weight?

French guineas are meant to be eaten. I've been looking for some. Do you sell hatching eggs?

I have a few French Guineas. Is there something I need to know ??

Do they have a short live cycle ??

Do they fall apart like the cornish cross chicken meaties ??

So far all I have seen is that they are a bit bigger than
the other Guineas. They seem a bit more skiddish and
not quite as aggressive as the other Guineas.

???????

I don't think they have broiler problems. The reason they're prized for meat is their larger size.

I did have some French Guineas...They are just like normal guineas but bigger...

They are delicious the best time to butcher them is at about 16 weeks. They are a fair bit bigger bit bigger than regular guineas. They do not fly nearly as well. Mine also lays a soft shelled egg most of the time but I am guessing this is not the norm I saved a couple from the butchering and I am down to this one. I like the other ones better just to have around. Just seem like nicer birds to me. They are very tasty.
