lol i have some that are laying when i bought them but i can't wait to get my first eggs from the girls i have been raising this year. my RIR lays everyday though and I am sure in time as long as everything is okay they will learn to do so too.

me too! Think I ready a post of yours not too long ago. You and your husband are living apart, right? My hubby has been gone for 5 weeks. We'll visit him next week and then he'll come home. Not very long, but it's the first time he's been gone for more than a week since we had our son. It's been...challenging.

Yup, that would be me. We have actuallly lived separate for.....OMG, it was 3 years this month.

He will be here Thursday, stay a week, then go back.
