I have 4 backyard hens which all stopped laying for a short period. When they started again one frequently has blood in the white of the egg, 3 of 5 . Is this common or does she have something I should be treating?

How much blood, can you post a pic?
Not uncommon to see small blood spots fairly frequently, caused by a tiny broken blood vessle when the ova is released but if it's a large amount and happen that often it could indicate an abnormality in her reproductive structure. Not sure if anything could be done about it tho.
