Fresh Eggs Daily Coop Plans - anyone have experience?

I just ordered these coop plans from Etsy:

Has anyone built this?
I have a friend coming to help with the build in a few weeks.
We plan to make some modifications/additions (a yard for one) to this unit, and I figured I'd ask around to see if any folks have this coop, and what they would do differently.

I just bought these plans and am going to start building in a few weeks. I see no one replied to you, but you have presumably made the coop by now. What did you think? How'd it turn out? Any tips?
