Fresh eggs make me happy!

This was my five year old's reaction to his first fresh eggs in a few months. Even he could tell the difference.

That is the reason I started keeping chickens, everyone kept saying how great the taste was. It's no lie! We cooked up our 1st 3 homegrown eggs and they were awesome!!!!

We only have 4 hens, but we sure enjoy the fresh eggs. And when we fry them up side-by-side with store bought, we can tell the difference! My 4 girls don't get quite that excited, but they are happy!
