I'm not sure if her wattles and comb are quite big enough yet. But, you can never tell. Is she squatting when you approach or try to touch her? In any case, it shouldn't be long. Enjoy!

Yes, from what I've read 20-21 weeks is the usual. Anything before is a plus.
