Fresh hatch chick had complications now wont stand

Fresh hatch today and one leg wont stretch out like the other one. I had to assist hatch due to sticky egg liner . Then it got stuck to bottom of incubator and had to bathe to get slime and liner off. It sounds like some strong chirping but it wont move around like my other chicks did.

It was hatched this morning around 7/8 then around 1 the bath. After bath i put back in incubator alone with other eggs. Took the pictures at the time of post

Hmm. Give it some warm sugar (about half cup) with a Raw egg yolk, a pinch of salt and some sugar/honey/molasses in if to try to perk it up.

It looks like your chick has a leg bone deformity. Usually this cannot be corrected and trying to straighten it would be very painful. Sometimes things just don't go very well.
If she were mine, I'd cull her.

Leg issue is severe, doesn't look like it can be fixed. It will be badly handicapped as it grows up.
