I started to reply Heritage. I reality I am not sure. I will opt to cook it lower and slower

Heritage are typically longer in both the legs and body and harvested at about six months. They have smaller breasts and are thinner. BB's resemble what you typically see in the store and are generally harvested at about 14 weeks.
