freshly hatched chick throwing its head backward and on its back.help!

I just had a chick hatch n thats exactly what its been doing. It will be sleeping n as soon as the other chicks in a box next to it makes too much noise, it wakes up n throws its head back n flops around. So im wondering is it the vitamin B complex i should give it? Or the poly vi sol without iron i should give it? This chick is a black silkie and cemani mix.. just hatched today.

I have had a chick hatch like this yesterday. These eggs went thru an incubator heat spike on day 14 of incubation. I lost 18 out of 28 eggs after the heat spike. 10 went into lockdown. 6 have hatched to date with 3 chicks being normal, 1 small chick that seems to be ok but had a hard time, 1 unable to walk and this chick with the neck issue. He is very strong but the head is bent onto his back.

So this is just FYI for anyone who is reading this thread. My chick that hatched withtm its head on its back is now on on Day 5. Started on Day 2 with Polyvisol and feeding moist chick starter and as of late yesterday is now holding her head properly and eating and drinking on her own. I realize she may still die but as of now she is a normal chick. The chicks are getting Polyvisol in their water for vitamins. Another chick in this hatch had a little splay leg and treated the same way. Took the bandaids off yesterday because she seemed not to be able to balance with them on and she is doing better with them off. 1 chick did die, it pipped on the wrong end and was an assisted hatch but looked good up until day 3.
