I have a mini fridge that doesnt work, and I wonder how I could convert it to a bator consider my 2 LG's arent enough at the moment (I've got goose eggs, chicken eggs, duck eggs...) and I need a hatcher. I was thinking of buying a LG heating element and making some trays. And then there a little box in the top of the mini fridge for ice, I was thinking of keeping two little trays in there for humdity. I dont know how I would put a window in it though since its got the thick plastic backing on the other side of the door. I'll get some pictures and you tell me what you think, and what I should do.

Look at the link in my sig line and it will show you my Fridge a Bator. We cut through the door with a jigsaw and put in a double pane of plexiglass.
