i see your fan blows over the sponge, do you think this helps with humidity with all the air movement over it?

Eddie, I do think so. DH wanted the fan to blow across the sponge and the heat source to circulate moist air.

BirdBrain, I've tried that and it really worked!!! I was able to wait a whole week before setting eggs again!!!!

Cyn - once again great hatching minds think alike! I was thinking that the fan should blow over the heat source and then the water source to circulate humid air, just like you did.

Your problem is that you are not following the rules of Hatchaholics Anonymous. You are supposed to meet daily until you get to the point where you are able to resist. You are meeting with Enablers Unanimous instead and that is why it only lasted 1 week.
