Our ladies have finally ramped up the egg production, getting 10 more or less normal eggs a day (fewer double yolk, fairy, and softshell). I was just throwing them in a chicken egg carton but now we are outgrowing an 18 holer. How do you efficiently store your quail eating eggs?

I got some shipped eggs in one of those plastic cartons and 5/15 were crushed. I also tried putting eggs in it afterwards and cracked the larger ones (without mailing them!) so wasn’t too impressed and just tossed the thing. I was wondering about some sort of box/bowl/basket system? We’re pretty low tech around here! Thanks!

Before I got the egg cartons I really just kept a plastic bowl in my fridge and put them in it

My bf got me this from Amazon, it's pretty cute! They kind of roll around but in rows so it's not too bad.

I got 25 plastic clamshell type holders and 2 pairs of scissors from Amazon for $15.99, looks like they still have it

I like this style as opposed to a big bowl or something they can move around in, because I like to cycle eggs through where I organize them from freshest/that day’s eggs and putting the oldest ones towards the hinge side of the package, so I know which to eat first.
