Have you considered penning the 'evil' one separately and giving the other fella a chance to see if he'd be a better fit???

I have been through this with 2 roosters who were raised together.. one became more aggressive at me on occasion, but mostly he would go after anyone coming in the run, like my older son.. I had to put my foot up to him and gently push him away... I did this a few times and it showed him who was the boss.. I also carried a stick or the small child's shovel I use to clean the coop with.. and made sure I never turned my back to the roo... good luck.. he will get the message after a bit....
