Midnight sat down and asked gently,"Then what's bothering you?"

Shard was fast asleep. Storm on the other hand had curled up in a ball and was drifting off to sleep. She had the more of independent type of personality.

Star glared at the other pup. " Shard, you can have some milk now." She said loudly. She walked out of the den, holding Shard.

Midnight sighed and looked around.

Shard yipped with glee.
Storm looked up and watched them leave, but then laid her head back down.

Shard yelped in pain and shock, but then growled with anger at him.
Midnight looked with worry for both of her pups. She knew something was wrong with Rock, but he wasn't sharing and now Shard had wound on him. She got up and told Star,"Please clean Shard's wound. I'm going to have a talk with Rock." She picked him up and then walked into the forest and set him down and said,"What do you know that you aren't telling me?"
