Cedar waited for his moment, then jumped onto the chest of the deer,.

Maya ran for the deers neck. She missed, but she got the deers chest, and kept a firm hold.

Rusty held onto the deers back leg still, trying to trip her.

Maya dragged the deers front leg out from under her, and Rusty pulled the deer down, Maya, again, ran for the neck. She bit down on it.
