Fang smirked. " Oh, wondering when those pups will finally come. So maybe I can kill one." He licked his lips.


Stone crossed the Fire Pack border. " Silver!" He called. He had a crush on her, with her pretty silver coat.

Star walked into camp. She went to her. " What?'

"Would it be ok if we talked privately for a moment?" She peeked around star to see shadow.

Rock snorted and kept walking.

Midnight looked at him and flicked her tail and watched him leave. She sighed went in the opposite direction of him and came across a creek. She looked at her reflection. Midnight looked exactly like her father and had her mother's eyes. Her reflection brought back painful memories of the days when the only thing on her mind was power and her heart was blanketed with darkness. She looked away and remembered the day she killed her parents. There was no regret or remorse in her after she killed them. She dug her claws into the muddy bank, feeling mixed emotions. All the years she had held back sadness and kindness had finally melted through all her hatred, cruelty, and darkness and couldn't hold it in anymore. Tears filled her eyes and she looked back at her reflection and murmured,"I'm sorry mom and dad," and then howled a long, sad note. After a few minutes, Midnight felt relieved and wondered to herself, Did they hear me? She looked up at the starry night Sky and two stars seemed brighter than the others. She smiled slightly knowing her parents did and then looked into the forest.
