Cedar looked over at her, feeling sad. He had been somewhat not paying much attention to her lately, and he was feeling annoyed with himself. He trotted over and gave her a friendly lick of the muzzle.



Wing looked at Phoenix with a cold eye. She cocked her head, looking at Fang, surprised he hadn't given an order to attack. She looked at the loners. She knew that they could defend them… then why wasn't Fang giving his battle signal? He was standing still, glaring at Phoenix. Little did Wing know, that for the first time, Fang didn't want to fight. He wanted to talk with the loners. He needed information. Then he might attack if they didn't cooperate. But, unlike usually, he wasn't going to attack until it was his last straw. Wing glared at Fire, who was looking at her as if she was the most gorgeous thing he had ever seen. He looked back down at his paws, embarrassed.

Maya smiled slightly and licked his muzzle back. "Isn't fire pack coming soon?" She asked, trying to spark a conversation.
