Feather looked at him. "Blood Pack?" She sniffed again.

Ice looked back towards Red, sorrow in his eyes.

" Should we go report it?" Coby asked

 

[Americano Blue]

Feather looked at him. "Blood Pack?" She sniffed again.

Ice looked back towards Red, sorrow in his eyes.

Red took a careful step towards him. "A-are you alright?" She viewed Ice as he father and it grieved her to see him sad.

Red cocked her head to the side. "What's wrong?"

Feather sniffed the air again. Something smelled off...

Night wandered around the Forest Pack territory.

Cedar froze, smelling Blood Pack. The forest reeked of the scent.



Cloud nodded slowly and sat down also.
Clover sighed, drawing her paw over her ear.

"No problem." Fire kept his ears pricked, listening for danger. He started to eat, his gaze glancing around every few seconds.

Nialla looked over at the two wolves. She wondered about their story. They seemed to be close for some reason. But she stayed silent, for it wasn't her place to ask. feeling Jasper's eyes on her, she gave him a toothy grin.

Jasper just glared harder at his anory sister. She was the brine of his existence sometimes. He softly growled at her smug grin.

Phoenix quietly ate some of the hindquarter, but then opted to disembowel the boar. She'd decided to sacrifice the organ meat, for convenience. Since the organs constituted a quarter of the boar's over all weight. She tore into the soft under belly and started dragging them out. Fire and herself could eat the choice parts. All during her work, she too would stop periodically to check for danger. When she got to the heart, she took it and set it in front of Fire. She said in explanation, "My mate always referred to the heart as the warrior's share. Because Flint believed that the animals strength and spirit reside deep within the heart. So by consuming it, you then aquire all the animals strength and power." Phoenix paused, as she looked off into the distance. When she looked back at Fire, she was glossy eyed. "I don't know if any of that, is true or not. But you are a warrior. You'd honor him and myself greatly, if you would eat it." She said quietly, before she went back to disemboweling the boar.

 

[peep peep peep]

(Hadn't Night heard her howl and came running? )

Red whimpered. "I dunno. But I don't like it when you two are upset." She looked up at Ice innocently. She wasn't fit for blood pack, she could be cold when needed, but her heart still hurt with every kill. She knew Ice was blood and raised to kill weaklings, but she also knew Ice loved her and wouldn't hurt her.
