( She said it was Flint, who became her mate. She was telling Clover about their first meeting and why he left the pack and the guilt she has lived with, since his death. : idunno Sorry, I got sentimental.)
Phoenix frowned slightly, "I thought I said, it was Flint. I'll take watch now, if you want to sleep some more." He said quietly.

Jasper got up and walked over to nuzzle his mother. He had never heard that story before. He'd never known his father had given her that name.

Clover looked like she had been bitten. Her eyes were sad, realizing she must of offended Phoenix. She realized she wanted to be alone, then nodded. "Okay. Thanks for sharing this with me." She replied softly. She looked over at Jasper, wishing her mother was still alive. Her heart felt pierced as she went to curl up next to Cloud, who shifted a bit to let her get some of his warmth.
