To get to the point, my friend just got a new EE pullet today (maybe 9-11 weeks old). She had put her in with her year old hens and another EE lunged at her and pulled a clump of feathers out 3 times, but now has stopped doing that. Anyway, now one of her year old EE's has feathers missing on her neck/chest and has identical gashes under both eyes that aren't bleeding, but also her eyes have this foam in them. She called a nearby feed store, and all they knew about was the foamy eyes, and said to give her antibiotics. She seems to be fine other than that, my friend said she could hear her scratching around in her separate pen. She said that her EEs are usually pecked on more, but she hadn't noticed it ever before. I told her that maybe a little ACV in her water could help and a little yogurt, and that new birds can easily bring in new diseases. I also said that if anything good or bad happens, to call me. I have no idea if the AVC or yogurt would work or anyone has heard of anything like this before. Thank you for any help in advance.
