You know, I had a friend who refused to see the doctor...EVER. He used to take tetracycline from the fish department at Wal-Mart. True story! He also refused to see the dentist. If he had a bad tooth, he would just pull it out with pliers.

I have since lost contact with him... But I'm sure his teeth probably look like this:
