I went to the Jimmy Buffet concert last year. Fun stuff. Couldn't get a ticket this year, but I did drive past it. Not as big a crowd this year.

It was an interesting experience last year, but not one I'm going to seek out again.

What was wrong with it?

It is just about big enough (may have to add on, or put bedroom in basement) but can pay cash for till the economy picks up. Close to 1/2 acre in the city... nice neighborhood (for being in a city) did I mention that it needs nothing but scraping and paint?
