It’s been a rough couple of days, but fries is taking fluids by mouth with a syringe tip and actually ate a couple pieces of crumble and wet cat food yesterday. This morning she did a HUGE stretch and is stand up by herself and not falling to the left. She does still have an odd head tick to the left and hasn’t made a peep since this all happened. Am praying she keeps moving forward.

Thank you for the update.
I'm glad she's able to stand up now.
Have you given her any vitamin therapy? If not, then I would start. Give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily. Offer normal feed along with bits of egg. The egg will help with the uptake of E.
A head tick is probably from the head trauma she suffered, the vitamins I have suggested are sometimes very helpful with healing neurological damage/head trauma.

I hope she continues to improve!
