Frizzle 4 months old

I have attached a picture of my 4 month old white frizzle. I’m guessing it’s a girl but I have never had frizzles before so I’m unsure. My white chick is much smaller then the black one I got at the same time in mid July. The white one has had a red face from the beginning and wattles are bigger then my black one. What do you think?

At 4 months of age a Cochin bantam could easily be getting ready to start laying in another month or so.
