Frizzle chick pulling out feet feathers

Hello. I really need some advice. My sister purchased some baby frizzles yesterday and they are just hatched. She called me today and said that one of them is pulling out all of it's feet/leg feathers. What should she do? Should she wrap it's feet so it can't do this or will it stop? If it pulls out all the fathers, will that hurt it? Really need some help. Thank you.

If you paint the feet with Rooster Booster Pick no More Lotion it tastes bad to them (and looks like molasses). I buy mine from the feed store but they sell it on internet too.
