Frizzle Cochins

So I ordered some bantam cochin eggs and got a 50% hatch rate. I did end up with 2 frizzles in my hatch, a male and a female, and I have a question. I've heard that frizzles should not be bred with each other. Is this true? If it is, I will most likely give away, the male. I appreciate all responses.

You are right don't breed Frizzles together. Their offspring will be brittle feathered. Always breed frizzle to smooth.

Thank you so much for the reply. I wasn't expecting to have frizzles. I just wanted to have a variety of color. They are cute though.

I didn't want to start a new thread, so now I'm not sure if I have a male and female. Any suggestions? They are about to turn 8 weeks this Friday. They are in the center of each pic.

Thank you! They are very flighty compared to the other cochin bantams. Don't know if that's just their nature. Well then again, the males are the ones that are extremely calm. So far.
