Frizzle Easter egger suddenly has a wet neck most of the time

I returned from a long weekend vacation to my frizzle Easter egger always looking she has a wet neck. She's in the brooder still with one other pullet who I haven't really seen pecking at her. The Easter Egger's beard has grown in a good bit. My suspicion is it's getting wet when she drinks water and she's picking at own neck out of slight discomfort? Any guesses as to why she looks like this?

Mine get their beards wet when drinking. There’s nothing to worry about. Very pretty girl. 🥰 If she’s picking at the wet feathers, she’s just preening off the excess water.

In the photo, it may look like there's blood on the neck but I'm pretty sure it's just dirt from her messing with it.

Totally unrelated and none of my business so tell me to get lost if you like but why is that bird still in the brooder?
Ha I was waiting for someone to ask about that. I so wish I can evict them from my garage! But they're not big enough to be integrated into my existing flock and I only have a small prefab coop/tractor. I have a larger coop getting delivered in the next two weeks.

That's the name of her breed. An Easter egger bred to have frizzly feathers. Mine isn't as fluffy as the ones I've seen online yet. The real fluffy ones look like they have wind blowing on their feathers all the time 😂
She's just a regular Easter Egger if she isn't frizzled. Frizzling is the feather type. Frizzling can be found in many breeds but if they don't have frizzling they aren't frizzled.
I raised Belgian Bearded d'Anvers and I've found using a nipple waterer prevents them from dunking their beards, though it doesn't entirely prevent them from getting it wet from time to time.

Does my pullet not look like a frizzle? I got this from my local agway. Her feathers were definitely growing in different as a chick but it's gotten flatter. I don't care either way. I just hope she lays a color other than brown like my other Easter egger. I love that she has a beard though. My other EE doesn't have that iconic beard.
