Frizzle feather issue

she had feathers yesterday and today she looks like this. 6months old so I assume she won't molt this fall. Any advice to keep her warm this winter now? Saskatchewan. -40.
Barn is slightly insulated and draft free, but she's pretty bald now...
 
We raise/breed silkies in Wisconsin, which can get nearly that cold. Because we have some frizzles, and just for our own convenience of not dealing with frozen water and eggs, we choose to heat the coops to 40°F all winter. We've done that for over 9 years, and it works so well, they lay all winter too, just half as much.

You could try just putting a Cozy Coop radiant heater in there for her. Those are safe. You can sit them on the ground or hang them near a roost. They aren't hot to the touch, but put out a bit of heat she could snuggle up to if she was cold.
