Frizzle Girl or Boy?

Someone in my town has this little cutie looking for a home. 7 weeks old. Comb looks awfully red but I’ve never had this breed so what do I know? Help please

I had adopted and ugly frizzle rooster. He always looked like he was not wearing pants, he had mites, and would chase the hens relentlessly. After he fertilized an egg, I got rid of him. His baby looked like this...

Her egg looked like this... the gray below

Of course, I wished I had kept him. I do have his great granddaughter. The egg color carried on, as did the frizzle.
