frizzle help

Can anyone help me figure out if these are male or female? And what breed frizzle I have?

The one in front is sitting on the side of the container, so it appears to be the same size as the other one. But its actually only about half as big as the other. Both where born in February.

cochin and hard to see but think pullets

Do you think they are standard or bantams? The black chick in the back is a standard of the same age.

Their breed is Cochin, and they both look like pullets to me. They're probably standards.
