Frizzle? Is this normal?

Hi everyone!
I bought several random straight run bantams from tractor supply on 4/6. One, I think is a frizzle. 4 weeks later, the ?frizzle is looking a little rough… wondering if anyone else has one and this is normal? Or is it sick…? I think it’s a hen, but also not 100% sure.

Thank you! I had no ideal about frazzles. I think you’re correct, it’s a frazzle. Poor thing!
