Her frizzle is showing!

Hi everyone. I bought two frizzle Easter Eggers. I know they can't guarantee each will frizzle but one of the chicks wings really started to frizzle out. The other not at all. Is there still time for the other to show frizzle or does it look like because the other isnt showing frizzle that only one will? First time raising a frizzle. The others wings are completely normal. What do you think?

I love Frizzles!! not so sure about at what age you can tell if they will be Frizzle or not. But they are all so cute! I wish I could get my Frizzles.
