Frizzle or not?

I'm going to sell him because even though he's sweet and cuddly to me, he's too busy being dominant bird to my other chicks and I don't have the space to give them room to lessen the issue. His feet are yellow with white feathering.

So I kind of need to know 'frizzle' or not?
White Cochin male Frizzle?

It is looking like a smooth not frizzled the feathers would already be coming in backwards....

I would say poor quality frizzle or not frizzle at all. The down on his head looks promising, but his wings are too nice.
