Frizzle sexing help!?!

I'm trying to figure out the sex of this Frizzle. It acts like a hen, but today I noticed tiny wattles. Any Frizzle experts want to take a guess?!?

I purchased it Feb 27th. I'll try and get a better photo of it's head. I also have 4 silkies (which are older) but will let those play themselves out!
